H.R. 980 - Rep. Dale Kildee [D-MI]
To provide collective bargaining rights for public safety officers employed by States or their political subdivisions.

H.R. 1050 - Rep. Barbara Lee [D-CA]
To establish a living wage, jobs for all policy for all peoples in the United States and its territories, and for other purposes.

H.R. 1142 - Rep. Lois Capps [D-CA]
To amend title 5, United States Code, to create a presumption that disability of a Federal employee in fire protection activities caused by certain conditions is presumed to result from the performance of such employee's duty.


H.R. 989 - Rep. Dan Boren [D-OK]
To prevent undue disruption of interstate commerce by limiting civil actions brought against persons whose only role with regard to a product in the stream of commerce is as a lawful seller of the product.

H.R. 1015 - Rep. Michael Capuano [D-MA]
To require automobile dealers to disclose to consumers the presence of event data recorders, or "black boxes", on new automobiles, and to require manufacturers to provide the consumer with the option to enable and disable such devices on future automobiles.

H.R. 1033 - Rep. Anthony Weiner [D-NY]
To direct the Secretary of Transportation to establish a grant program to improve railroad safety by providing funds for the construction and maintenance of fencing and other protective structures along railroad tracks, and for other purposes.

H.R. 1049 - Rep. Scott Garrett [R-NJ]
To reduce the unintended costs and burdens that the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 imposes on United States businesses, while maintaining that Act's goals of bolstering confidence in the integrity of publicly held companies.

H.R. 1081 - Rep. Peter DeFazio [D-OR]
To further competition in the insurance industry.

H.R. 1150 - Rep. Rahm Emanuel [D-IL]
To establish the Commission on Economic Indicators to conduct a study and submit a report containing recommendations concerning the appropriateness and accuracy of the methodology, calculations, and reporting used by the Government relating to certain economic indicators.
