Agreed to table the appeal of the ruling of the chair on a point of order sustained against the Farr motion to recommit the joint resolution to the Committee on Appropriations with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with an amendment, by a yea-and-nay vote of 217 yeas to 182 nays, Roll No. 527.
