Agreed to table the appeal of the ruling of the chair on a point of order sustained against the Shea-Porter motion to recommit the joint resolution to the Committee on Appropriations with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with an amendment, by a yea-and-nay vote 226 yeas to 196 nays, Roll No. 539.
