H.J. Res. 72, making continuing appropriations for veterans benefits for fiscal year 2014;

H.J. Res. 73, making continuing appropriations for the National Institutes of Health for fiscal year 2014; and

H.R. 3230, making continuing appropriations during a Government shutdown to provide pay and allowances to members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces who perform inactive-duty training during such period.

Iraqi Special Immigrant Visa--Agreement:
A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that if the Senate receives a bill from the House of Representatives which is identical to S. 1566, to extend the period during which Iraqis who were employed by the United States Government in Iraq may be granted special immigrant status and to temporarily increase the fee or surcharge for processing machine-readable nonimmigrant visas, as passed by the Senate, then the bill be read three times and passed, and the motion to reconsider be laid upon the table, with no intervening action or debate.
