Water Resources Development Act--Agreement:
A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, Senate resume consideration of S. 601, to provide for the conservation and development of water and related resources, to authorize the Secretary of the Army to construct various projects for improvements to rivers and harbors of the United States, with the time until 12 noon, equally divided and controlled in the usual form; and that the filing deadline for all second-degree amendments to the bill be 11:15 a.m., on Tuesday, May 14, 2013.
